在当今市场经济条件下，企业国际化经营的规模和范围进一步扩大，这不单给企业经营带来新的机遇和挑战，也赋予了企业的财务管理工作以新的内涵，使财务管理的职能从过去简单的业务处理和控制转变成了决策支持和战略规划，风险投资和风险管理成为企业财务管理的重要内容。自从加入WTO后，企业同时面对着来自国内和国际市场的双重竞争压力。在激烈的竞争中，很多企业为追求高增长而大量举债，这时如果缺乏对风险的防范意识和管理能力，必然招致财务危机，从而影响企业正常的生产和经营，严重者可能遭遇破产。所以上市公司有必要从财务危机的源头做起，寻求控制和规避财务风险的有效方法，以防范财务风险发生。文章通过对财务风险的成因进行分析，提出了多项上市公司财务风险的防范措施并加以案例做进一步研究。

Abstract
In today's market economy, internationalization of the business to further expand the scale and scope, not only to bring new business opportunities and challenges, but also gives the financial management of new content, so that financial management functions from simple as changing business processes and controls into decision support and strategic planning, venture capital and risk management become an important part of financial management. China's accession to WTO, enterprises also face competition from domestic and international markets dual competition. In the fierce competition, many enterprises in pursuit of high growth and massive debt, then the absence of awareness of risk prevention and management capacity, inevitably lead to financial crisis, thus affecting the normal production and operation, may experience severe bankruptcy. Therefore, enterprises need to start from the source of the financial crisis, seeking to control and effective way to avoid financial risks, to guard against financial risks occur.
