股利是指公司的股东按其投资额的大小而分得的利润，股利又可分为股息和红利，二者都是股东投资的收益。股息是优先股股东依照事先约定的比率定期提取的公司经营收益，不受盈利的限制，并保持固定不变；红利是普通股股东在分派股息之后从公司提取不定量收益，与公司盈利状况息息相关。大部分上市公司股利分配比较难，股利分配现状存在较多问题，如：股利分配形式多样化、股利政策缺乏连续性和稳定性。文章针对上市公司股利分配存在的问题，提出了相应解决对策，如对广大投资者的投资理念进行正确引导、优化上市公司股权结构、加强上市公司市场监管力度、加强上市公司股利分配的信息披露等。
