上市乳制品公司财务风险管理研究摘要本文对企业财务风险管理的研究，从对企业财务风险的再认识出发，分析了当前企业财务风险管理的现状，认为当前企业财务风险管理中存在财务风险意识淡薄、财务风险管理制度不完善和财务风险防范手段匮乏等问题。文章透过目前上市乳制品公司财务风险管理中存在问题的表象，进一步的分析了企业筹资风险、投资风险和资金回收风险的成因，为寻求更好的企业财务风险管理方法奠定基础。在提高企业财务风险管理方面，本文认为应该确立正确的财务风险管理理念、完善企业财务风险管理制度、建立和强化企业内控机制和实行现金预算控制管理；在提高单项财务风险防范的技术手段时，应运用财务指标识别和估测企业的筹资、投资和资金回收风险。

Abstract
This paper studies the financial risks of enterprise management, from the start of the financial risks of enterprise reunderstanding, analyses the current situation of enterprise financial risk management that the current existing in the management of the financial risks of enterprise financial risk consciousness, financial risk management system is not perfected and financial risk prevention means travellers.
Article listed dairy company through the current financial risk management of the existing problems in the analysis of representation, further the enterprise financing risk and investment risk and funds for the cause of recycling risk seeking better, enterprise financial risk management methods lay the foundation. In improving enterprise financial risk management,
this paper argues that should establish correct financial risk management idea, perfect the enterprise financial risk management system, establish and strengthen enterprise internal control mechanism and implement the cash budget control management; Single financial risk in improving the technology, should use of financial indicators recognition and estimated enterprise's financing, investment and capital recycling risk.
