企业财务风险评估管理摘要企业在经营管理的各项工作，时刻离不开财务风险评估。财务风险评估已经成为欧美企业国内优秀企业和跨国企业集团重要的管理手段和方法，越是财务风险评估运用出色的企业，企业经营安全性越强，企业发展速度越快，企业经营风险越小。随着我国市场经济体制改革和经济全球化进程的不断发展，企业在生产经营过程中遇到的风险将越来越多，而财务风险作为一种信号，能及时、全面地反映企业的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量水平。因此，企业有必要建立完善的风险评估和内部控制体系，以进一步识别、评估、预防和控制风险，将其可能带来的损失降至最小。通过分析企业财务风险的类型及来源，进一步探讨如何建立有效的财务管理方法及内部控制系统，以防范、降低和化解企业的财务风险。根据不同企业的经济背景和经营特点，认真分析其财务风险的产生原因，对风险程度进行准确的评估，以建立行之有效的风险控制机制，确保企业健康快速的发展。

Therefore, the enterprises should establish perfect risk assessment and internal control system, in order to identify, evaluate, prevention and control risk, it will be possible to bring minimize the losses. Through the analysis of the financial risks of enterprise type and sources, further discussed how to establish an effective financial management methods and internal control system to prevent and reduce and dissolve the financial risk of the enterprise. According to different enterprise economic background and operational characteristics, conscientiously analyzing the causes of the financial risk of risk degree of accurate assessment to establish an effective risk control mechanism, ensure enterprise healthy and rapid development.
