摘要随着Internet的发展，社会就业形势的日渐严峻，传统的求职招聘方式发生了巨大的变化，人才招聘类网站应运而生了。你有前程就业网站就是从实际出发，针对解决人才就业问题而开发的。它主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前台程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用等特点。因此本系统结合网站和数据库开发的要求，对SQL Server2000数据库管理系统、SQL语言原理、JSP应用程序设计等进行了较深入的学习和应用，主要完成对你有前程就业网站系统的功能需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库设计，并由此设计了数据库结构和应用程序。

Abstract
As the developementment of the Internet, the social employment situation is tough day after day, the traditional way of employment have a huge change. The talented-person employment website arises at this historic moment. Seek Your Job employment website aims to solve the problem of the talented’s getting employed. It mainly includes the build-up and establishment of the backstage database and the maintenance of the development two aspects. Establishing the data uniformity and integrity requests a strong and data-secure database. And the latter one requests the application functions to be completed, easy-use.
Therefore this system requires us to have a deeper study and application of the SQL Server2000 database management system, the SQL language principle and the JSP application programming, mainly to completes the demanded analysis of the Seek Your Job employment website’s function, and its functional module division and the database design, and finish all these.
