我国作为一个人口众多的发展中国家，教育发展及相应的高校毕业生就业问题关系到国民经济的发展与社会的稳定，历来受到党和政府的高度重视。虽然政府己经为高校毕业生就业做了大量的工作，但还存在一些有待改进的地方。因此，对高校毕业生就业中政府推动的研究，具有重要的现实意义。首先，本文阐述了高校毕业生就业的内涵及影响因素，介绍了相关学者对高校毕业生就业中政府推动作用的研究现状。其次，概述了我国高校毕业生就业的现状，从高校、毕业生、用人单位和毕业生就业市场等方面指出其成因。然后，通过回顾我国高校毕业生就业政策的演变，并参照发达国家就业促进中的政府行为，从而总结出大学生就业的政府推动作用。最后，探讨了我国政府在推动高校毕业生就业中的优化路径：发挥政府的价值导向作用，完善政府的宏观调控政策，加强政府的监督管理力度，优化政府的支持指导服务。

Abstract
As a populous developing country， the development of education and the corresponding issue of employment of college graduates related to the development of the national economy and social stability has always been caused great importance by the Party and government. Although the Government has been have done a lot of work for the employment of college graduates， but there are still some areas for improvement. Therefore， the research about giving impetus to the employment of college graduates by government has gotten important practical significance.
First of all， this paper will explain the connotation and the impact of factors of the employment of college graduates， and introduce the research of related-scholars about the employment of college graduates in the study of the role of the Government to promote the status quo. Secondly， this paper will give an overview of the employment of college graduates in our country's status quo， and point out the causes from colleges to universities， graduates， employers and the graduate employment market. Then， through recalling the evolution of employment policy of college graduates in China， and in the light of the developed countries to promote employment of the government's actions， this paper will summarize the role of government to promote the employment of college students. Finally， this paper will explore the Chinese government in promoting the employment of college graduates in the optimal path: to play a leading role on the value by Government， improve the government's macro-control policies， strengthen supervision and management of the Government， and optimize the support of the Government services.
