中美应急机制中媒体参与的比较研究

【内容摘要】

突发事件媒体的应对策略是媒体综合实力的检验和体现。5.12汶川大地震发生后,国内媒体对大地震的报道不仅以其影响和规模载入了中国新闻史册,也对研究突发事件媒体应对策略提供了依据。建立突发事件应急机制,充分发挥媒体的传播信息和引导舆论功能,同时处理好快速反应与真实报道、高度关注与度的把握、吸引受众与以人为本等几种关系,是媒体做好突发事件应急报道的重要策略。[英文摘要]In globalizing age, not only the traditional public emergencies, such asearthquake, flood, fire and mass turbulence, happen frequently, but also some new sorts of emergencies, for instance terrorism attack, spread of epidemic disease andecological disaster, occur repeatedly. If being handled improperly, these emergencies can lead to public crises. When dealing with such public emergencies or other crises, normally the government is at one end, the public is at the other end, and the mass media can play a significant role in bridging them.
