摘要城市是各种资源的聚集地，是经济社会发展的支撑点。但随着城市经济的迅速发展、城市化水平的不断提高，城市环境承受着各种各样的压力，城市的可持续发展问题引起了人们越来越多的关注。本论文通过取遵义市2004-2008年的经济、社会和环境资源3个评价性指标和22个具有代表性的三级基础指标，构建了遵义市可持续发展能力的指标体系，再运用层次分析法和综合评价法对遵义市可持续发展能力进行系统的评价分析并提出针对性的对策方案。

Abstract
City is a gathering place for all kinds of resources, is the anchor of economic and social development. But with the city's rapid economic development, increasing urbanization, the urban environment under a variety of pressures, the city's sustainable development has aroused more and more attention. In this thesis, Zunyi City, 2004-2009, by taking the economic, social and environmental resources evaluation indicators 3 and 22 representative of the three basic indicators, Zunyi City constructed an index system of sustainable development, then AHP And comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development of Zunyi City, a systematic analysis and evaluation of reference of the proposed countermeasures program.
