贵州省在2009年初实施“家电下乡”政策，该文介绍了该政策实施的国际背景、国内背景和贵州省农村耐用消费品市场的概况。文章结合了定性和定量分析，运用Excel和SPSS16.0等统计软件对实地问卷调查的数据进行分析。“家电下乡”政策对缩小贵州省城乡耐用消费品差距和开启贵州农村耐用消费品市场有着积极的作用，但在调查中也发现该政策实施存在的一些问题，为了促进我省农村耐用消费品市场发展，针对政策实施存在的问题，作者提出相应的短期措施和长期措施。

The survey about the role of "Appliances to the countryside" policy on the rural consumer durables market of Guizhou Province
Abstract
In early 2009, the policy of "home appliances to the countryside" implemented in Guizhou Province, this article describes the international background of the implement of the policy, the domestic context and the overview of consumer durables market in rural areas of Guizhou Province. In combination with the qualitative and quantitative analysis, used statistical software such as Excel and SPSS16.0 to analyze the data about the survey. "Home appliances to the countryside" policy has a positive effect on narrowing the gap in rural and urban consumer durable goods and opening consumer durables markets of Guizhou countryside, but the survey also found that the policy has a number of problems during it was implemented, in order to promote my rural consumer durables market, direct to the problems for policy implementation, the short-term measures and the corresponding long-term measures proposed in this paper by the writer.
