随着信息时代的演进，互联网已从Web1.0时代进入Web2.0时代，而Web2.0技术与图书馆相结合产生了新型图书馆服务方式----图书馆2.0。本文以Web2.0为总的研究背景，以对图书馆2.0的各种理论探索为依据，以国内“211”院校图书馆为研究对象，深入调查Web2.0技术在我国高校图书馆的应用情况，分析我国高校图书馆2.0建设以及读者2.0服务存在的问题，结合Web2.0技术的理论基础、图书馆2.0理念、信息交流服务对图书馆2.0建设进行探索性思考，提出解决各种相应问题的各种新思路，新办法。以促进高校图书馆2.0建设水平、图书馆服务水平及图书馆优势竞争力的提高。本文分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论，包括研究背景及意义、国内外研究状况、研究方法和目的。第二部分概述Web 2.0，包括Web2.0的内涵、特征，并简述Web2.0与图书馆的结合---Library2.0的特征及现实意义。第三部分以国内“211”院校图书馆为统计对象，阐述Web 2.0技术在我国图书馆的应用情况，这些技术包括RSS技术、WIKI技术、Blog技术、Tag技术、SNS技术等。并表明这些技术在我国图书馆应用的深度与广度。第四部分指出Web 2.0技术在我国图书馆应用中存在的问题。第五部分提出改进措施以及解决问题的新思路、新办法。

The Study on the Application Analysis of Web 2.0 Technology in Chinese Academic Libraries
----Taking the libraries of demostic “211” colleges for example
Abstract
With the evolution of the information age, the Internet has entered from Web1.0 era to Web2.0 era, the combination of web2.0 technology and libraries has gotten the new library service----Library 2.0. According to the research results of Web2.0 and Library2.0, this paper analyses library2.0 construction in Chinese academic libraries and the problems of reader2.0 service based on the survey of web2.0 application in academic libraries that belong to the libraries of demostic 211 colleges. Furthermore, the author makes the exploring thinking of Library2.0 construction and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the basis of Web2.0 technology theory, Library2.0 ideas and communication for information service.
This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, including background and significance of the situation at home and abroad, research methods and purposes. The second part summarizes the web 2.0, including the content, features of Web2.0 and the introduction for the combination of web2.0 and Library --- library2 .0 characteristics and practical significance. The third part presents web2.0 technologies that are applied in libraries, which include RSS technology, WIKI technology, Blog technology, Tag technology, SNS technology. The fourth part points out the problems of web2.0 technology applied in library. The last part makes the innovation approach and new ideas, new methods solve the problem.
