独生子女社会人际关系的儒学伦理建构

摘要
自20世纪70年代实行计划生育以来，中国逐渐形成了独生子女人群。由于生活环境与教育背景的影响，独生子女在人际交往方面，会呈现一些与非独生子女相异的典型性特点，比如自我为中心，性格孤僻，独立性差，社会适应相对弱等情况，这些都不利于他们的人际交往。要从根本上解决独生子女们人际交往的问题，我们应当从人性深处的道德教化入手。儒学拥有丰富的思想内涵，充满生命力，可作为独生子女人际伦理建构的思想源泉。本文以当今普世价值自由、平等作为学习与运用儒学的理论前提。从建立“四海之内皆兄弟”的信念入手，内心根植“仁爱”与“诚心”，外在开出“礼”与“中庸”之行，这可资为独生子女和谐人际交往的可行之道。

abstract
Since the 20th century 70's family planning, China has gradually formed the one-child crowd. Due to the influence of living environment and education background, the one-child could present some typical characteristics that different from the non –only–child in interpersonal communication  ,such as self-centered, eccentric, independence is poor, social adaptation relatively weak, etc., which are not good for their interpersonal relationships. To basically solve the only-child interpersonal problem, we should start from the moral enlightenment of humanity. Confucianism has rich connotations, full of vitality,could as the foundation of one-child interpersonal ethical construction . This paper Based on today's universal values，with freedom and equality as theoretical prerequisite of using and learning Confucianism. First establish the belief of "all within the world are brothers"，then the internal heart grounding with “benevolence”and"sincere," external open " ritual" and "mean" trip，this could be feasible way for one-child harmonious interpersonal communication。
