本毕业设计为小高层单身公寓，总建筑面积约7940.81m2，总层数为十一层，建筑总高为33.45m，各层层高均为3.0m。上部采用剪力墙结构，下部采用人工挖孔桩基础。进行了建筑设计、结构设计、编制预算书和施工组织设计。在建筑方面考虑了符合本工程特点的建筑型式及功能要求，设计风格比较现代化，是适合单身青年居住的建筑。结构设计中选取了与建筑形式相适应的结构类型，使结构受力比较合理，并确定构件的尺寸、计算各项荷载、对构件进行内力和变形分析以及配筋。预算方面进行了工程量计算、套价以及材料分析等。施工组织设计中合理安排了施工进度计划，进行了现场施工平面布置，并明确了施工方案和各项措施。设计成果有建筑施工图、结构施工图、结构计算书、预算书、施工组织设计等。

The graduation design for small high-rise single apartment, with a total construction area of about 7940.81 m2, the total number of plies for 11 layer, building total height is 33.45 m, each layer are 3.0 m high. The architecture design, structural design and preparation of the budget and the construction organization design. In considering the architecture in compliance with this project characteristic architectural form and function requirement, design style more modern, and is suitable for single youth living of architecture. Structural design of chose to adapt and architectural form, make the structure types structural stress is more reasonable, and determine the size of each component to load, and calculation on internal force and deformation analysis component and reinforcement. Budget aspects of the quantity calculation, set of price, and material analysis, etc. The construction organization design reasonable arrangement of the construction schedule, the field construction layout, and clearly the construction plan and measures. Building construction drawing design results, structure construction drawing, structure calculations, budget, the construction organization design, etc.
