混合软段聚氨酯树脂的制备

【内容摘要】

综合考虑聚酯型聚氨酯和聚醚型聚氨酯的特点,以聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAG)混合作为软段,采用溶液预聚法制备了混和软段聚氨酯。考察了混合软段中PEG与PBAG的摩尔分数以及(PEG/PBAG)/BDO/IPDI三者的摩尔分数对聚氨酯薄膜的吸水率、透湿率以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着PEG摩尔分数的增大,薄膜的玻璃化转变温度,吸水率和透湿率增大,而最大载荷和断裂伸长率有所下降;随着PEG硬段比例的增加,薄膜的玻璃化转变温度,最大载荷增加明显,而薄膜的吸水率和断裂伸长率有所降低。

Preparation of mixed soft segment polyurethane

Abstract: Considering polyester polyurethane and polyether polyurethane characteristics of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polybutylene adipate (PBAG) mixture as a soft segment prepolymer prepared by solution of the mixed softsegment polyurethane.Mixed soft segment was investigated in the mole fraction of PEG and PBAG and (PEG / PBAG) / BDO / IPDI polyurethane three films on the mole fraction of water absorption, moisture permeability and mechanical properties.The results showed that:With the PEG mole fraction, the film's glass transition temperature, water absorption and moisture permeability increase, while the maximum load and elongation at break decreased; with the PEG ratio of hard segment increases, the glass filmtransition temperature, the maximum load increased significantly, while the film of water absorption and elongation at break decreased.
