社会工作理念认为人与环境是互动的关系, 大学生心理健康离不开“问题—人—环境”系统,当人与自然环境、社会环境不和谐,生活、学习、交往、成长、情感等方面出现不和谐而没有及时疏导时,容易出现心理问题甚至心理障碍。成长小组是学校社会工作的重要形式之一,是在社会工作专业价值观的指导下,运用小组动力,协助学生在成长小组模式里汲取他人的经验解决自己的问题、改善自己的行为、提升自己的能力、促进自我成长的重要方式。成长小组是除传统工作方法外,一种新的协助大学新生适应大学生活的工作方法。本文通过问卷和访谈两种调查方法，一方面从成长小组开展前后，对比学生各方面的变化，说明开展成长小组对大学新生的调适作用；另一方面就成长小组开展过程中存在的不足，提出建议，并探讨其对学生工作的启示及思考，促进学生更好地发展。

Analysis the effect of “Growth Team” on
freshmen-Adaptation and enlightment
----in case of freshmen majoring in social
work in Law College of Guizhou University
Abstract
The philosophy of social& public work believes that man and environmentare interactive. The psychological health of college students can not get apart from the system of problem-human-environment. It is easy to suffer psychological trouble or even handicap if psychological problems fail to be counseled in time when human beings are incompatible with nature and social environment and when it appears disharmonious in terms of life, study, communication, growth and emotion. Then the growth team is a crucial form for social work at school, which provides professional services under the value of social work, and exerts group power to help students solve their own problems, change their behavior, improve their capabilities and promote self-growth. With traditional methods, growth teams are a new way to help fresher to adapt college life. The thesis applies the method of questionnaires and interviews in the survey, which on the one hand shows the importance of growth teams on the adaptation for fresher through comparison various aspects of students before and after the participation of the growth teams, on the other hand offers advice in terms of the defects in the process of conducting the growth teams and discusses the inspiration to the student work to make student develop better.
