贵州省农村全面小康社会的实现程度研究摘要贵州省是我国全面小康建设的重点，贵州省农村则是我国实现全面小康建设重点中的难点。改革开放以来，贵州省农村经济社会建设取得了很大的成就，但是，要实现全面小康社会，还有一系列矛盾和问题需要解决。本文利用经济学和统计学知识，根据贵州省农村近年来经济社会发展的数据资料建立农村全面小康社会指标体系，对贵州省农村建设全面小康社会的现状进行分析和评价，测度农村全面小康的实现程度。结果显示：2008年贵州省农村全面小康社会实现程度为-2.91%，离农村全面小康社会的实现差距甚远。最后，根据贵州省农村建设全面小康社会进程中的问题和障碍，提出政策建议。

The Research about the degree of realization of all-round well-off society in Guizhou Province Rural Areas
Abstract
Guizhou province is the key points in the construction of all-round well-off society in our country. And the problem of rural areas in Guizhou is the most difficult one in realizing the construction of all-round well-off society in our country. Since the implementation of reform and open policy, great achievements have been obtained in the economic and social construction of Guizhou rural areas. However, if we want to realize the goal of well-off society in an all-round way, a series of problems and contradiction must be solved.
This article will analysis and evaluate the current situation of the construction of all-round well-off society in Guizhou rural areas. And it will estimate degree of well-off society in rural areas. All of the above just from making good use of the knowledge of economics and statistics. Also, through building the index system of construction of all-around well-off society in rural areas, which is based on the data of the economic and social development in Guizhou rural areas in the last few years, it analysis and estimates these problems. The results shows that in the year of 2008 the degree of rural area well-off society in Guizhou province is -2.91%，which is far from achieving the goal of building an all-round well-off society in rural areas. Finally, some corresponding suggestions on policy have been presented according to the problems and barrier showed in the process of construction of all-round well-off society in Guizhou rural areas.
