组织、引导、服务于青年的共青团组织，是一个集政治性、行政性、社会性于一身的特殊群众组织，它以凝聚青年为赖以生存的根本。但是在现实中，共青团组织凝聚力弱化的情况依稀可见。本文基于组织文化理论的视角，通过对高校与地方团组织的实证研究论述了优秀的组织文化是共青团凝聚力的核心，它能为广大团员青年的发展提供更好的平台，所以共青团组织文化的建设应该被视为共青团组织的工作重点。本文首先通过对以往文献的归纳和分析，对组织文化和共青团组织文化的研究现状、内涵以及特征作了阐述，接着从众多组织文化测评模型中，结合共青团组织的特点，选取改进指标后的丹尼森组织文化测评量表作为测评共青团组织文化的工具，通过问卷调查法对高校与地方团组织进行比较分析，得出共青团组织文化建设的提升对策，即建设学习型、创新型、合作型的共青团组织，从而树立共同的价值观。然而共青团组织文化的建设过程是一个新文化代替旧观念，逐步积累、改善的长期过程，因此在建设共青团组织文化的时候应该循序渐进，不可一蹴而就。

The Comparative Analysis Between The University Communist Youth League And The Local Communist Youth League In Guiyang City
Abstract
Organize, guide, serve the youth of Communist Youth League, is a set of political, administrative, social mass in a particular organization, which exists to unite young people as the fundamental.However, in reality, cohesion of the Communist Youth League organizations is avianiziing which becomes visible clearly. Basing on the Theories of organizational culture, through researching by universities and local groups,the author discusses the excellent cohesive organizational culture is the core of the Communist Youth League,. The Communist Youth League can provide a good platform for the youth to develop, so the construction of the Communist Youth League organization culture should be high regarded the focus of the Communist Youth League.
At the beginning,the author summarizes and analysises the literature in the past , and explaines organizational culture and organizational culture of the Communist Youth League status. Then,combining the characteristics of the Communist Youth League organizations, the author selects improved indicators of DanNissen Organizational Culture Assessment Inventory as a measurement tool for the Communist Youth League organization culture among a series of evaluation model for organizational culture. Through the questionnaire and comparison on the college organizations and local groups, the author come to the proposes of the Communist Youth League to enhance organizational culture measures, that is , construct the Communist Youth League of learning, innovation, cooperation to establish a full sharing of values.
Communist Youth League, however, the process of building the organizational culture is a culture to replace the old concept of gradual accumulation. Of course,this is a long-term improved process. So the process of construction should be gradual,not overnight.
