xx学院教师职业倦怠现状调查及缓解策略

【内容摘要】

教师职业倦怠是当前普遍关注的一个社会问题。用以描述教师由于长期工作压力得不到有效缓解而产生的心理和生理上的疲惫、工作能力下降,工作热情丧失,对他人日益冷漠,工作成就感低等一系列负性症状。[目的]:本文旨在通过对xx财经学院的教师职业倦怠状况的问卷调查,获得关于高校教师职业倦怠的第一手资料,并在大量数据资料的基础上,进行统计分析和理性思考,以弥补我国高校教师职业倦怠实证研究方面的空白。[方法]:本文以玛勒诗(Maslach)等人的三个维度职业倦怠模型为理论基础,采用玛勒诗等人编制的职业倦怠修订本为研究工具,运用SPSS13.0统计软件对xx财经学院134名教师的职业倦怠调查结果进行统计分析。[结果与讨论]:不同背景因素如性别、年龄、婚龄、学科、教龄等对职业倦怠的各维度也都有影响,尤其对情感衰竭和成就感两方面影响比较显著。[结论]:本文在文献研究的基础上,运用教师职业倦怠调查问卷,对xx财经学院教师进行调查。结果显示:(1)xx财经学院教师有职业倦怠的趋势。其中,情绪衰竭是教师职业倦怠的主要表现;(2)职业倦怠是由多种因素引起的,且不同因素对职业倦怠的三个维度具有不同的影响力;(3)不同的周课时量的差异对职业倦怠的三个维度都有较显著的影响。不同年龄、不同教龄、不同学科性质对职业倦怠也有显著的影响。

Abstract
A social problem,teacher burnout,has been paid close attention to at present.It describes a series of negative symptoms,such as the physical and psychological exhaustion,the decrease of the working ability,the close of working enthusiasm,the indifference towards others as well as the low sense of achievement in working,which are caused by the inefficient mitigation of long term working pressure.
[Aim]The aim of the paper is to gain the primary sources of the teachers' burnout in the universities,according to the questionnaire investigation about the condition of teacher's occupational burnout in Guizhou College of Finance and Economics.And on the basis of a lot of data,the paper makes the statistics analysis and thinks about it rationally,which can remedy the blank space of the research in teachers' occupational burnout in the universities in China.
[Method]The paper is on the theoretical basis of Maslach's three standard about the occupational burnout which is organized by Maslach,utilizing the spss 13.0 statistics software to analyze the investigation result of 134 teachers' occupational burnout in Guizhou College of Finance and Economics.
[Result and discussion]The result shows:The different background factors will make the effect on the all standard of occupational burnout,such as sex,age,marriage,subject,ages of teaching and so on,especially on the effect of emotion exhaustion and achievement feeling.
[Conclusion]Based on the document studies,this paper investigates teachers in Guizhou College of Finance and Economics via teacher burnout questionnaire.It appears that: 1. There is the tendency of professional languid among the teachers in Guizhou College of Finance and Economics. Emotional exhaustion is the main symptom. 2. Multi-reasons cause teacher burnout and influence its Three-Dimensions. 3. The degree of workload greatly influences the Three-Dimensions of burnout.
