黑龙江省主要城市服务业问题与发展对策
摘 要
世界范围内的经验表明：工业是城市发展的最先动因，当工业发展到一定阶段的时候，服务业将取代工业成为城市发展的主要动因，城市发展进程反过来也将影响服务业的反展。
黑龙江省目前正处于城市发展加速期，在高速的城市发展进程中，对服务业进行合理有效地引导，对提高黑龙江省城市发展水平、促进城市经济和社会的发展，具有至关重要的意义。
论文在综述了国内外学者对服务业与城市发展关系相关研究的基础上，介绍了城市化及其评价指标；服务业及现代服务业的发展。其次，从黑龙江省城市发展过程、黑龙江省各地市城市发展情况 、服务业增长状况、服务业就业状况及相关产业情况对黑龙江省城市服务业现状进行了描述。再次，论文在黑龙江省各地市服务业结构、城市服务业观念、服务业市场化程度、城市服务业内部结构、资源型城市服务业方面提出了问题。最后，结合当前存在问题，对黑龙江城市服务业在城市发展建设与产业结构、构建城市经济圈、城市服务业定位等方面提出了发展对策。
