中房大厦质量管理问题与对策研究
随着住房制度改革的深入，房地产业得到迅速发展，随之而来的建筑工程质量问题，引起了人们的普遍关注。因此，如何提高项目的质量管理水平，加强质量管理体系的建设对建筑承包商提高市场竞争力至关重要。
本文运用项目质量管理的理论与方法，对中房大厦项目质量管理中存在的问题做了分析研究，并希望中房大厦的项目质量管理模式对大型工程项目有借鉴意义。本文分成三部分:
首先，本文介绍了选题的背景与意义，并介绍了本文的研究内容与方法，简单的了解质量管理的基础理论。其次，本文针对中房大厦项目质量管理过程中存在的问题，介绍了项目质量管理针对项目的质量管理模式。最后，本文根据中房大厦这类项目的特点，深入探讨项目各阶段的质量管理模式。
如何协调好项目质量管理同项目成本与工期之间的关系，解决好各方面的矛盾冲突，高质量地完成项目，是需要进一步研究的问题。

Abstract
As the housing system reform, the real estate industry of deep is rapidly developing, subsequent construction engineering quality problem, drawn people's attention. Therefore, how to improve the quality of the projects management level and strengthen the construction of the quality management system of construction contractors increased market competitiveness is very important.
This paper USES project quality management theory and method of building project quality management room and the problems of the analysis and research of the project hope because creis building quality management mode for large projects have significance. This paper is divided into three parts:
Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of subject, and introduces its research content and the method, simple to understand the basic theory of quality management. Secondly, aiming at building project quality management zhong, the problems in the process of this paper introduces project quality management for the project quality management mode. Finally, according to the building of this kind of project zhong characteristics in different stages of the project, the paper probes the quality management mode.
How to coordinate well with the project cost management of project quality with the relationship between the time limit, to solve the conflicts, various aspects of high quality to complete the project, is the problems which need to be studied further.
