知识密集型服务业的经营战略

摘要

在知识密集型服务企业,显性知识与隐性知识都是知识的一体两面。面对不同的服务,供应商,与客户,需要使用不同的知识管理方式,知识管理应是显性知识与隐性知识管理的平衡与融合。
知识密集型服务业的供应链与传统产业供应链的结构恰恰是相反地。因为要传递的知识中多仍包含了隐性知识,导致知识密集型服务业供应商之间与客户皆需要直接接触。这就打破了传统供应链中供应商不越级或与客户直接接触的忌讳。这样崭新的供应链,需要全新管理的思维与方法。
在知识经济的时代,知识工作者的专业领域将越来越专精,而如赫康案例所分享的新型供应链将成为主流,在知识密集型服务业的世界里,联盟将产生巨大的力量,而操控联盟的隐性知识,将会是企业决胜的关键。

Abstract
 in knowledge-intensive service enterprise, with tacit knowledge are explicit knowledge is the knowledge viewpoints. Facing different service, suppliers, and customer, need to use a different way of knowledge management, knowledge management should be explicit knowledge and the balance of tacit knowledge management and the fusion.
Knowledge-intensive services of the supply chain and the structure of the traditional industry chain is just on the contrary. Because the knowledge to pass in a tacit knowledge, still contain knowledge-intensive services caused between suppliers and customers are need to be contacted directly. It broke the tradition in supply chain with customers YueJi or not directly contact taboo. This new supply chain, need new management thinking and methods.
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge worker professional fields will more and more specialization, and if HeKang case share of new supply chain will become mainstream, knowledge-intensive services in the world, the alliance will produce a great power, manipulated alliance of tacit knowledge, will be the key enterprise victory.
