注册会计师审计失败原因及其对策
摘 要
自80年代以来，随着我国社会主义市场经济建设平稳快速发展，注册会计师行业也随着资本市场的迅猛发展而不断壮大。可以说注册会计师行业已经成为社会主义市场经济各组成部分中不可或缺的一部分。但是，近几年来，国内外重大审计失败事 件频频出现：2001年，美国“安然事件”导致 “五大"之一的安达信会计师事务所身败名裂；2001年，银广夏创下我国会计舞弊金额之最，中天勤会计师事务所同“安达信”一样退出了历史的舞台；2005年，“科龙事件"爆发；2006年，“四大"之一的德勤被证监会传讯听证。一系列案的审计失败案件引起了全社会的高度重视，我们从对注册会计师审计的含义入手，来分析注册会计师审计失败的原因，并提出解决问题的对策。

Abstract
Since the 80's, as China's socialist market economy steady and rapid development of the CPA profession along with the rapid development of capital markets continue to grow. Can be said that the CPA profession has become the components of the socialist market economy and an integral part. However, in recent years, domestic and international frequent major audit failure events: In 2001, the United States, "Enron" lead to "Big Five" accounting firm Arthur Andersen, one of ruin; 2001, Guangxia hit the most amount of accounting fraud Zhongtian Certified Public Accountants with the ground, "Arthur Andersen" the same stage of history out; 2005, "Kelon incident" broke out; 2006, the "big four" Deloitte is one of the Communications Commission hearing. A series of cases of audit failure cases caused by the whole society attaches great importance to us from the meaning of Certified Public Accountants audit start to analyze the reasons for the failure CPA proposed solutions to this problem.
