我国传统企业电子商务战略规划研究

【内容摘要】

信息技术的发展、电子商务的广泛应用,逐渐改变了人们的生活方式,改变了行业结构,改变了企业赖以生存的环境。企业的电子商务建设不再是企业的效益工程而是企业的生存工程。在我国经济构成中,传统企业占有十分重要的地位,我国传统企业能不能加快信息化的步伐、成功开展电子商务的应用,无论是从经济效益还是从社会效益来讲,都是意义重大。论文针对目前电子商务的现状,提出企业电子商务应当以内部管理信息化为基础。论文对电子商务的概念、特点以及作用进行了分析,结合当前国际、国内电子商务的发展状况,认为电子商务是企业发展必然的趋势。企业电子商务发展中存在很多困难,论文通过SWOT分析法分析了企业的内外环境,从而得出传统企业的的电子商务战略规划方法。

Abstract
People’s living styles have changed greatly, and so have the enterprises’ surviving environment and industry structure with the development of information technology and wide use of Electronic Business. The enterprises’ EB construction is no more their benefit project, but their surviving project. In our country’s economic structure, small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role. Whether or not they can speed up information process, and successfully effect the application of EB will make a great difference to both social and economic efficiency.
Papers view of the current status of e-commerce, e-commerce companies should be made to internal management information as the basis. Papers on the concept of e-commerce, characteristics and the role of an analysis of the current international and domestic situation of the development of e-commerce, e-commerce that is an inevitable trend in the development of enterprises.
Business e-commerce development in a lot of difficulties, the paper through the SWOT analysis of the company's internal and external environment in order to arrive at the traditional enterprise e-business strategic planning methods.
