随着社会经济的发展和建筑水平的不断提高，建筑施工企业在管理上也更加趋于复杂化、综合化，如何对施工过程进行有效、科学的管理对于施工企业进行进度的有效控制具有重要的意义。大型项目的进度管理中影响因素众多，如何对其进行进度的控制是很多企业关注的一个焦点。本文以深圳机场T3航站楼钢结构项目为研究对象，在充分分析了项目概况以及施工条件的情况下，对该工程的施工过程进行了合理的划分，并对其进度的管理路线及控制方法进行了分析。主要研究了该工程的进度计划的编制、进度计划的检验及控制方法，并对其进行了评价，同时给出了自己的结论和建议。

Abstract
As social and economic develop and the improvement of building standards, the management in construction enterprises also become more complex, integrated. How to carry out effective construction schedule and scientific management for the construction enterprises to control the progress has an important significance. Management of large projects that affect the progress with many factors, how to control the progress is a focus of many enterprises.
This paper selects Shenzhen Airport T3 Terminal steel structure as the research object, after fully analyzing the project overview and construction conditions, construction of the project for a reasonable division of the management of its route and schedule control method Analyzed. Mainly studied the preparation of the project schedule, schedule of inspection and control methods, and evaluated them, and gives my own conclusions and recommendations.
