施工项目成本控制，是施工项目成本管理的核心内容。它从工程投标报价开始，直至项目竣工结算为止，贯穿施工项目实施的整个过程。目前，相对我国其它方向的施工成本控制来说，地铁施工企业的施工成本控制的研究相对滞后。随着相关企业的竞争越来越激烈，施工项目成本控制将是决定相关施工企业市场竞争力的关键。如何加强施工成本控制、降低施工成本并提高企业经济效益，是施工企业的共同心愿和迫切要求。因此，对施工企业的项目成本管理与控制的研究，具有重要的现实意义。本文首先阐述了关于施工项目成本控制的相关理论；其次对施工成本过程控制中的各个阶段的体现分别进行了相关介绍。并介绍了关于地铁施工成本的相关问题，分析了目前地铁施工企业对于成本控制方面的一些情况。然后通过对于长沙市地铁一号线1标段的盾构项目的成本控制的分析。表明了成本控制的措施对施工项目降低成本和提高施工企业效益取得了相应的效果，并通过对于案例的相关问题分析提出了相应的优化措施。

Abstract
Construction project cost control, project cost management is the core content. It started from the tender offer, until the completion of the project is cleared up, the implementation of construction projects throughout the entire process. At present, the relative direction of other cost control for construction, subway construction cost control of construction enterprises is lagging behind the research. With increasingly fierce competition in the relevant enterprises, the construction project cost control will be to determine market competitiveness of enterprises related to the construction of the key. How to strengthen the construction cost control, lower construction costs and increase economic efficiency of enterprises, construction enterprises is the common aspiration and urgent demand. Therefore, the project cost of construction enterprises management and control of research, has important practical significance.
This paper describes the construction project cost control on the theory. Then the cost of construction at all stages of the process control embodiment of related presentations were carried out. And presentation on issues related to the cost of subway construction, analysis of the current subway construction company for cost control some things. Then through the Changsha Section of Metro Line 1, the shield of the project cost control. That the cost control measures on the construction project to reduce costs and improve effectiveness of construction enterprises obtained the corresponding results, and related issues through case analysis for the corresponding optimization measures put forward.
