目前全球经济正从管理型经济向创业型经济转化。发展创业型经济，也是我国走中国特色新型工业化道路、破解就业难题的必然要求，对提升中国的产业水平、解决就业难题、促进经济发展方式转变具有重要意义。大学生是社会的新鲜血液与生力军，其创业意愿的高低直接影响了中国社会的发展进程。在当前就业形势日益严峻的情况下，大学生创业意愿的研究显得尤为重要。在TPB模型中，创业态度、主观规范、行为控制力三者被认为是影响创业意愿的主要因素。本文主要研究创业态度与创业意愿的相关性。本文主要分为五个部分：第一部分是绪论，主要介绍研究背景与动机，研究目的与范围，研究思路、研究方法以及创新之处。第二部分是对创业、创业者、创业意愿和创业态度等概念的文献探讨。主要介绍了中外学者对于这些概念相关课题的研究状况。第三部分是研究流程的设计。包括假设提出，变量设计，量表制定，问卷设计和问卷发放收集等过程。为后面的理论分析提供数据支持。第四部分是数据分析和命题论证的过程，是本研究的主体部分。在数据统计表完成的基础上，通过SPSS软件对所测变量进行相关性、可靠性的分析，并对创业态度与创业意愿进行因子分析、变量合并、线性回归等操作，对假设命题的真假做出判断。第五部分是结论和建议。主要结论包括：大学生的创业态度与创业意愿正相关；人文科学类专业的大学生创业态度更积极，创业意愿更强烈；大学生的实习经历与创业态度和意愿并无大的关联。然后分析了本文的研究缺陷，为相关政策制定者提出建议。

ABSTRACT
The current global economy is being transformed from the managed economy to the entrepreneurial economic. The development of entrepreneurial economy is the inevitable requirement of being on our new road of industrialization with Chinese characteristics and breaking employment problems, meaningfully to enhance the level of China's industry, to solve the employment problem, to change the mode of economic development.
College students are the fresh blood of society and force, their entrepreneurial intention will directly affect the level of the development process of Chinese society. In the current circumstances of Increasing serious employment situation, the students’ studies of entrepreneurship is very important. In the TPB model, entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control is considered to be main factors to affect the entrepreneurial intention. This paper studies the entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention correlation. This paper is divided into five parts:
The first part is the introduction, introduces the research background and motivation, objectives and scope, research ideas, methods and innovations.
The second part is literature review about Entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention. Introduces the concepts of Chinese and foreign scholars for research projects related to the situation.
The third part is to design the study process. Including the assumptions, variables design, inventory definition, questionnaire design ,etc. Data collections support for later analysis.
The fourth part is the process of data analysis and propositions demonstration, the main part of this study. Based on the data tables, finish correlation of the measured variables analysis, reliability analysis, and the entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention factor analysis, variables combined, linear regression and other operations, to judge the truth of propositional assumption .
The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations. The main conclusions are as followed. Students’ entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention positively correlated. Students of humanities majors are more positive to entrepreneurship attitude and intention .The association of internship experience and entrepreneurial attitude and intention is not large. Then it analyzes the shortcomings of this study and makes recommendations related to policy-makers.
