试论企业文化视角下知识型员工忠诚度的提升—以华为公司为例


知识型员工充满着丰富的智慧和创新活力,是企业赖以生存和发展的宝贵财富。保持或提高知识型员工的忠诚感和奉献精神,有助于员工释放他们的最大潜能,为组织创造更大的价值,提升企业竞争优势。从知识型员工的特点和忠诚度影响因素出发,以企业文化理论和现代员工忠诚度提升研究的重要成果为基础,以华为公司为研究对象,对发展企业文化与员工忠诚度提升之间的关系进行探讨。通过分析华为运用企业文化创新来提高员工忠诚度,总结出我国企业要站在企业文化系统的高度,培养和提升知识型员工忠诚度,即从企业文化的物质层、行为层、制度层、精神层四个相互关联的层面采取相应措施,它能为我国企业文化建设的优化和长期发展提供指导。

ABSTRACT

The knowledge employee full of prolific intelligence and innovation is the precious riches that the enterprise relies for existence and development. Maintain or improve employee's loyal feeling and the sacrificing spirit, which is helpful to release their biggest potential and create a greater value for the organization, which contributes to promoting the competitive ability of enterprise. This text, sets out from the knowledge employee's loyalty impact factors, with the corporate culture theory and the important results of search on modern employee's loyalty promotion for foundation, takes hua wei company as research object, it also discusses the relationship between employee loyalty promotion and the development of enterprise culture. Through the analysis of huawei how to apply its corporate culture innovation to raise employee's loyalty, it draws the conclusion that the enterprise should stand at the height of enterprise culture system to cultivate and improve employee's loyalty, namely from the four connected level of enterprise culture: physical layer, behavioral layer, institutional layer, spiritual layer, take related measures, which can provide instruction for the optimization of enterprise culture construction in China and its long-term development.
