浅论我国中小型外贸企业的薪酬激励机制

【内容摘要】

薪酬激励机制是激励机制的重要组成部分,良好的薪酬激励机制,能够极大的提高员工的工作积极性。我国中小型外贸企业薪酬激励机制存在如下问题:忽视员工发展;激励机制的应用缺乏合理的制度支持;照搬照抄大企业的激励模式;激励方式比较单一,物质激励占主导;管理者自身的素质影响了激励机制的建立、发展和完善;总体薪酬水平偏低,对非外贸人员激励不足,对外贸人员压力过大;薪酬结构不合理,长期激励要素比例过低;薪酬激励方式没有与企业业绩相关;员工绩效评价缺乏科学性,量化标准过少。通过德雅制衣厂这个实例指出薪酬激励机制问题存在的原因,提出通过一个开放式的薪酬激励机制平台,建立一个制度相对稳定、有一定增长性、多元化、人性化和充分考虑不同岗位的薪酬激励机制。

ABSTRACT

S Salary incentive mechanism is an important part of incentive mechanism, good salary incentive mechanism, can greatly increase the staff's work enthusiasm. This article first through the medium of foreign trade enterprises now circumstances of analysis, the significance of that, then writing some related theory and shut were reviewed, the theoretical basis of lay articles. There is pointed out that our country foreign trade the enterprise's salary incentive mechanism of small problems, these problems include: ignore staff development; The incentive mechanism of lack of rational institutional support application; Copy big enterprise's incentive model; Stimulation is more onefold, material incentive to dominate; Managers own quality affects the incentive mechanism, the establishment of development and perfection; Overall salary level is low, to the foreign trade staff inspiration is insufficient, excessive pressure on foreign trade staff; Salary structure unreasonable, long-term incentive factors ratio low; No salary incentive mode with corporate performance related; Lack of scientific performance evaluation employees, quantization standard too little. Then through the examples to enterprise's problems, some analysis, and points out that the enterprise the causes of the existing problems and enterprise know problem exists, but can't change for the necessary, meanwhile the enterprise puts forward Suggestions on improvement. The solution of the problem, namely finally through an open platform of salary incentive mechanism, establish a system, have certain relatively stable growth, pluralism, humanization and fully consider post different salary incentive mechanism.
