书本打包机总体方案及作角机构的设计

摘 要

长期以来，我国各地印刷厂印制好的书籍大部分是采用人工打包，工作强度大，并且生产效率低。为了改善工作条件，提高生产率和质量使我国的印刷行业达到世界先进水平，设计工作稳定可靠、性能优良、便于工人操作、耗电量少，且成本较低的打包机是非常必要的。
打包机是用于书籍打包及自动化机械，即将印制好的书籍按客户所规定的包装要求打成包，且每包书籍应达到或接近包装高度规定，每一种书籍包装高度的规定可能不同。为保证包书质量，打包机一般应包括以下几项工艺动作：进书（起码有一定高度）、给纸（规定宽度）,裁纸（对卷筒纸必要）、折角、贴封头（包括刷封签胶）、压紧并烘干、出包等。
本文首先简述了国内外书籍打包机的研究现状，在分析各自的特点及其应用的基础上，提出了一种新型书籍打包机的设计思路。
其次，讨论和确定了书本打包机的总体方案。对其横向送书机构、纵向推书机构、送纸机构、裁纸机构、作角机构等主要零件进行了设计、分析和计算。

ABSTRACT

A long time, all over the printing of our books are mostly printed manual packing,work-intensive and low productivity. In order to improve the working conditions, increase productivity and quality of China's printing industry reached world advanced level in the design of stable and reliable performance, ease of workers to operate, less power consumption and lower cost is essential balers.
Baler for packing books and automation machinery, printed books is about the customer's packaging requirements set forth in labeled bags, and each packet of books should be at or near the provisions of packing height, each book provides a high degree of packaging may be different. In order to ensure the quality of the book package, balers general process should include the following actions: books feed(at least a certain height),  paper feed(the provisions of the width),paper-cutting (to the continuous paper is necessary), fold, seal affixed (including the brush glue), compaction and drying, send package.
    The paper first outlines the research of books balers at home and abroad .A novel design of the book balers based on the analysis of their characteristics and applications.
    Secondly, discuss and identify the books of the overall program balers. Institutions of lateral send the book, vertical push the book body, paper feed bodies, paper cut bodies, fold institutions, etc. to the institutions to the main parts of the design, analysis and calculation.
