旋转灌装机械的设计

摘  要

旋转灌装包装机设计是典型的机械系统设计，它不仅包括机构的尺寸、强度设计，还包括了传动机械系统设计。本设计主要是针对番茄酱、果酱、豆酱等粘稠液料的灌装机的设计。本设计有两个主要方面的内容：送瓶机构的设计和灌装部分机构的设计。
在送瓶机构的设计中，因为瓶子需要稳定且连续的输送，同时在进入灌装部分是瓶子有得需要一个个间隔稳定的输送到灌装头部分，所以利用链条输送链板输送，同时在一侧加上分件螺杆和星形拨轮使灌装瓶子逐个进入灌装区。所以本设计这部分的设计是链轮，链条，分件螺杆，星形拨轮的设计。
旋转型灌装机的主要部件是灌装机构，亦称灌装阀或灌装头。根据不同的物料，灌装形式有所不同，因此对应的灌装机构的设计也有多种多样。本设计是要求灌装粘稠液料，所以选择机械压力式灌装，选择活塞定量室灌装阀。本设计在这一部分的设计主要是一些灌装部件的结构设计和灌装机械的参数设计。

ABSTRACT

The machinery system revolution irrigation dress packer is designed being representative is designed, it designs that not only including that organization dimension , intensity have designed , including drive machinery system. Design the design being to pack machine specifically for the irrigation that thick liquid expects that such as tomato ketchup , jam , thick broad bean sauce mainly originally. Capital is designed content having two principal aspect: Give a bottle the organization design and irrigate the design holding part organization with.
In the design giving a bottle organization, installing a part at the same time in entering irrigation is that the bottle has such that requiring that every stable gap transportation installs the head part to irrigation , convey therefore making use of chain to transport a link joint because of the bottle needs stable and continuous transportation,that the piece of bolt and star allocate a wheel makes irrigation hold a bottle with entering irrigation one by one packing area at the same time in one side plus mark. Be allotted piece of bolt therefore the design designing this part's originally is a sprocket , chain,the star allocates the wheel design.
That the revolution type irrigates the critical piece packing machine is to irrigate dress organization , also says irrigation holds a valve with or irrigation holds the head with. According to different material, drink wine holding a form with different to some extent, the design holding organization with can't have therefore corresponding irrigation varied. That capital is designed is to require that irrigation loads thick liquid stuff , pretend therefore the style choosing machinery pressure drinks wine, the room choosing the piston quantify irrigates the dress valve. The parameter designing that physical design and irrigation being that a little irrigation installs a component mainly in this part design holds machinery's with designs capital.
