摘  要
随着科学技术的进步和时代的发展,人们对生活质量有了更高的要求。智能化产品逐渐取代了人工操作的产品,市场上电子秤的出现也随之逐渐取代了杠杆秤和弹簧秤。本文的设计是以基于PIC16F877A的电子秤设计,具有很强的实用性。
多功能电子秤设计包括压力传感器及信号放大电路、A/D转换电路、数据存储电路、液晶显示电路、16个键的矩阵键盘电路等单元。本系统以16F877A单片机为控制核心,通过称重传感器将电阻的变化转变为电压的变化,然后经过单片机自带的10位A/D转换器把模拟压力信号转化为数字信号,由单片机对数字信号进行处理,利用能显示字母的5*7点阵液晶显示器进行各种信息的显示。
该电子秤具有称重、清零、去皮、重量累加、自动计价、数字显示等功能,它计算准确、快速方便,设计简单、便于携带。此外,通过采用I2C总线通信,24C256存储芯片,实现人机交互和掉电保护等功能。
本系统主要是针对电子称的自动称重、自动计价、数据处理进行研究。通过对数据的采集和转换、计算问题进行研究,阐明用单片机是如何对采样数据进行处理的。本文在处理采样数据上使用了均值滤波法,保证了数据的准确性,还在给出多功能电子称硬件设计的基础上,详细分析了电子称的软件控制方法。由于单片机控制的电子称结构简单,成本低廉,深受人们的喜爱,本文将对此进行讨论。

ABSTRACT

With the technology progress and the development of the times, people have a higher quality of life requirements. Intelligent products gradually replaced the manual operation of the products. The emergence of electronic scales in the market has also gradually replaced the lever and the spring balance scale. This article is based on the design of electronic scales PIC16F877A-based design that has a strong practical.
Design of multi-functional electronic scales is including pressure sensors and signal amplification circuit, A/D converter circuit, data storage circuit, liquid crystal display circuit, the 16 key matrix keyboard circuit modules. 16F877A in the system is the control of single-chip core, by weighing the changes in sensor resistance into a voltage change, and then after a single-chip built-in 10-bit A/D converter transfers analog pressure signal into a digital signal, by Single-chip digital signal processing, the use of letters to show that 5 * 7 dot matrix LCD displays various information.
The electronic weighing scale has functions such as zero, peeled, weight accumulation, auto pricing, digital display. Its advantages have accurate and fast calculation, convenient, designed to be simple and easy to carry. In addition, through the use of I2C bus communication and 24C256 memory chips, it may realize the human-computer interaction and power-down protection.
The system is mainly known for the electronic automatic weighing, automatic pricing, data-processing research. In order to clarify how the use of sampling single-chip data processing, it has studied data collection and conversion, calculation of the problem . In order to ensure the accuracy of sampling data, it makes use of sampling data of the mean filter. In this paper, given that multi-purpose detailed analysis of the software based on electronic hardware design, it said electronic control methods.
