债务信息管理系统是一种旨在改善企业与客户之间关系，提高客户忠诚度和满意度的管理机制。随着全球经济的发展和信息化革命的步伐，国际上债务信息管理技术得到了飞速发展，而且债务管理商业化软件系统或平台也不断涌现。在这种背景下越来越多的企业逐渐加快了债务信息管理应用的步伐，但目前很多企业在这方面明显落后，其中一个重要原因是缺少适合的满足需求的债务信息管理软件系统.正是在这种情况下，总结和分析不同企业、不同客户群、不同管理体系的系统和方法，来针对性的开发债务信息管理系统，才能在市场中取得竞争优势。根据客户的实际需求，我们设计了包含数据库层、WEB应用服务层和WEB客户层的三层系统架构，并以基于重叠转移策略的开发过程模型来指导整个系统的实现过程。考虑到系统的安全性和易开发性，项目组在开发中采用了.NET框架，系统的实现采用了C#语言，C#.NET的开发环境，并采用了SQL Server 2005作为后台的数据库。
正是在大量研究的基础上，项目组成功开发了一套适合于日本企业需求的债务信息管理系统，并得到了客户的充分肯定。论文对该系统的功能及实现技术进行了阐述，并介绍了该系统的应用情况。该系统的研发是一次成功的尝试，为日资企业债务管理应用程序提供商和WEB服务提供商在研发和推广债务信息管理系统提供了一定的参考依据，并对提高国内相关行业中小型企业债务管理信息化将会带来积极的意义。

Debt Information Management System
 Abstract 
Debt information management system is a kind of administration mechanism which aims at improving the relationship between the customer and the enterprise and the degree of satisfaction and fidelity of the customer. With the step of the whole world development of the economy and informationization revolution, the debt information administration technology has been developed in a full speed on the international, and there also springs up debt management commercialized software system or platform unceasingly. More and more many enterprise has accelerated the step that debt information administration applies gradually under this background ,but obviously many enterprise has fallen behind in this respect at present , one of a important reason is a lack of the debt information management software system which can satisfied with suitable needs. Exactly in such circumstances, enterprise gets a competitive edge in the marketplace by summing up and analysis system and method of different enterprises, different customer groups , different administrative systems, doing the pertinency exploitation debt information management system. According to customer's actual needs, we have designed a three tier of system frame which contains a data base, a tier of WEB applies service and a tier of WEB customer, to realize the process of the entire system through the exploitation process model which on the base of coming piling up and changing tactics. Consider to the security and exploitation of the system, a NET frame is used in the exploitation in the project, C # language and the C #. NET develop environment are used in the process of the system, and SQL Server 2005 is the backstage database of the system.
Exactly on the base of studying a great quantity, the project has developed a set of the debt information management system successfully which is suit for Japanese enterprise and has got the customer's full acknowledgment. This paper discusses the function and realization technology of the system, and turn to the application of the system. And the exploitation of the system turns to be a successful trial, supports a certain reference for Japanese enterprise debt management application provides business and WEB serves provides business to exploiting and extending the debt information management system, and brings a positive significance to improving the informationization of small enterprise debt management in our country.
