ZJK7532A数控铣床的结构设计

本文是以数控三坐标立式铣床为研究对象展开工作的,主要是对ZJK7532A数控铣床的结构进行设计计算及伺服驱动系统和的选择。分析论证了整体结构对铣床工作稳定性的影响。
在本次设计中,机床主传动系统采用交流主轴电动机,通过同步齿形带传动带动主轴旋转,通过变频器改变电机转速,可实现主轴无级调速。机床主轴为二支撑结构,前支撑采用D级串联成套角接触球轴承,润滑脂润滑,提高了回转精度,使机床主轴具有良好的精度和刚性。
进给方面,采用开环数控系统,即步进电机数控进给方式。因为采用步进电机开环数控系统已基本能满足进给精度的要求。故机床三轴进给系统均采用步进电机通过同步带驱动滚珠丝杠的典型传动方式。
机床采用机、电一体化结构,整体对称布局,紧凑合理,便于维修和保养,外形符合人机工程学的原理,宜人性好,便于操作。

Abstract
This article is based on 3D CNC vertical milling machine for research work, mainly ZJK7532A CNC milling machine to carry out structural design and calculation of servo-drive system and choices. Analysis demonstrates the overall structure of the milling machine on the job stability.
In this design, machine tool main spindle motor drive system using the exchange through the synchronous belt drive transmission axis of rotation, change the motor speed through the converter can achieve stepless speed spindle. Second, support for machine tool spindle structure used to support the former D-class set of tandem angular contact ball bearings, lubricating grease and improve the accuracy of rotation so that the machine tool spindle with good accuracy and rigidity.
Enter to give the aspect, adopt open wreath Numerical control the system,that is, the stepper motor into the NC to the way. Because the use of open-loop stepper motor CNC has been able to meet the requirements of precision feed. Therefore, three-axis machine tool feed system using stepper motor-driven timing belt through a typical ball screw drive way.
Use of machine tools, electrical integration structure, the overall symmetrical layout, reasonable compact, easy repair and maintenance, in line with the outline of the principles of ergonomics, good and pleasant, easy to handle.
