卧式活塞推料离心机设计

摘  要：
离心机作为化工机械中的重要成员之一，在国民经济中扮演着非常重要的角色。但是我国的离心机产品性能和生产能力与国外同类产品比较，相对非常比较落后，本文就HR型离心机进行相关探讨，从介绍其工作原理开始，后面内容分别是：结构特点，性能特点，用Pro/E对其进行三维建模，离心机的核心部件——转鼓部分的强度计算，生产能力的评估。

Abstract: As a important leaguer of the Chemical process equipment , Centrifuge plays a important role in civil economy. However, function and the ability of production of Centrifuge made in China are laggard, which compare with the same kind of the production brought in from aboard. In my article, we discuss the type of the HR Centrifuge . Begins with the introduction of work principle, the next contents as following: characters of structure and function, set up the model with Pro/E, strength calculation of the central part of the Centrifuge——drum, assessment of production ability.
