桥式起重机小车的设计

摘要

随着现代科学技术的迅速发展，工业生产规模的扩大和自动化程度的提高，桥式起重机在现代化生产过程中应用越来越广，作用愈来愈大，对桥式起重机的要求也越来越高，小车作为桥式起重机最重要的工作机构，设计要求更高。小车既有运行又有起升机构，对吊重物和行走过程中的限位要求比较高，并且需要考虑安装、维护等的方便性与工作中润滑的要求。本文根据设计任务书要求，先进行桥式起重机小车的总体方案选择和确定，然后对小车整体构造进行设计，画出卷筒和吊钩装置的总体装配图。先根据设计要求和目的，对小车进行工艺分析，选择小车各部分的机构类型，选择运行机构及起升机构的传动方案，并选择传动机构的电动机。对各个部件进行设计计算，进行总体布局，最后对制动器等零件进行分析计算，对其中的主要零件进行校核验算。

 along with the modern science and technology rapid development, the industrial production scale expansion and the automaticity enhancement, the bridge type hoist crane applies in the modernization production process more and more broadly, the function is increasingly big, more and more is also high to the bridge type hoist crane request, the car took the bridge type hoist crane most important operating mechanism design request is higher. This article according to the design project description request, carries on the bridge type hoist crane car first the overall concept choice and the determination, then carries on the design to the car overall structure, draws overall assembly drawing which the reel and the lift hook install. Acts according to the design request and the goal first, carries on the craft analysis to the car, chooses the car various part of organization type, the choice movement organization and lifts the organization transmission plan, and chooses the transmission system the electric motor. Carries on the design calculation to each part, carries on the overall layout, finally to components and so on brake carries on the analysis computation, carries on the examination checking calculation to major parts.
