钻井船上死绳装设的升沉补偿装置设计


摘  要

升沉补偿系统是保证海洋作业正常进行的重要设备之一。本文主要介绍了升沉补偿系统扬矿管的参数的设计以及死绳上安装升沉补偿系统的设计。该种升沉补偿系统具有功率消耗小、工作压力突变小和结构简单等优点。
本文设计了一个死绳固定器来对死绳的运动以及滑车大钩的载荷进行控制。采用液压系统来控制液压缸的运动,以保证钻杆的恒压运动。本文主要包括总体方案确定、升沉补偿系统扬矿管的参数设计、升沉补偿传动系统的设计和液压系统设计等三个方面的主要内容。本文设计出的升沉补偿系统具有工作稳定、结构合理等特点。

ABSTRACT

Heave compensation system for ocean production device is one of the absolutely necessary instruments to secure the ocean production.This paper mainly describes the mining pipe parameters design of the Heave Compensation System and the rope death installation Heave Compensation System. This system has the advantages of less power consume,little pressure mutation and simple structure.  
This paper describes the design of one died on fixed ropes to the death rope and pulley movement hook load under control.Hydraulic system used to control the hydraulic cylinder movement,to ensure the constant pressure of the pipe movement. This paper mainly determine the overall program Heave Compensation System lifting of the design parameters, Heave compensation transmission system design and the Hydraulic System design as the three main elements. This paper describes of Heave Compensation System has a stable job,reasonable structure and other characteristics.
