海上自升式钻井平台的升降机构系统设计


摘  要

面对陆上石油由于不断开采而减小的情况,人们把目光投入到海洋上来,所以就出现了各种钻井平台,本设计的升降平台是自升式升降平台,适用于浅海地区石油的探测和开采,而升桩机构是所有自升式钻井平台的重要设备。为确保钻井平台在海上升降, 必须设计一套安全可靠的升桩机构和控制装置, 以便钻井平台在海上有效地站立作业或迁移。本设计的自升式钻井平台采用了液压油缸顶升式升桩机构, 控制台综合了过程控制中的所有系统参数, 成功地设计了一套傻瓜型操作, 智能型功能的升桩系统。下降桩腿和上升桩腿时实现全自动,能应用于浅水的海洋石油探测和开采,能使平台在比较恶劣的天气下工作。

ABSTRACT

Faced with the land because of the continual exploitation of oil decreasing, people turn onto input to the oceans,so there have been various drilling platform ,this design moving platform is self-elevation moving platform,Is suitable to the epicontinental area petroleum survey and mining  but pile elevating device is one of the most important equipment for various types of self-elevation drilling platform. In order to ensure proper elevation of the drilling platform at sea, to keep steady standing or drilling and to facilitate moving, a safe and reliable elevating device and control unit is needed and should be well designed. This design self-elevation drilling platform adopted a hydraulic cylinder jack-up pile elevation device and a control panel which incorporates all system parameters happened during operation. The pole leg drop and rise when realizes entire is automatic, can apply to the shallow water sea petroleum survey and mining and can cause the platform to work under the quite bad weather.
