对我国酒店业人才流失的思考

 

摘 要

随着我国经济的发展和经济结构的战略性调整,现代饭店作为我国旅游产业的三大支柱之一,在国民经济中的地位和作用与日俱增。在新时期,随着饭店业的迅猛发展,饭店业内竞争加剧,而这种竞争实际上是饭店所拥有的人力资本的较量。但是饭店业却有一个困扰已久的问题——人员流失率高。饭店人才的高流失率不仅造成了饭店企业技能与经验的流失,给饭店的正常运营带来影响,而且直接影响到饭店的生存和发展。因此酒店要想保持自己在市场中的竞争优势,得以持续发展,必须思考如何避免人才流失。本文旨在通过以重庆天来大酒店为例,主要分析酒店人才流失的现状、人才流失的后果及人才流失的原因,并在此基础上提出有关避免人才流失的建议。

ABSTRACT


With the development of Chinese economy and the strategic adjustment of Chinese economic structure, modern hotels, as one of the three backbones of touring trade which is called the rising sun industry in China, play an increasingly important role in national economy. In the new stage, with the swift development of hotels trade, the competitions in this trade are becoming intense, and actually the competitions show the contest of manpower capital. But there is a problem that has confused hotel managers for a long time——high staff turnover. High staff turnover results in not only the drain of skill and experience, which influences the regular movement of hotels, but also directly threatens the survival and development of hotels. Therefore if a hotel wants to keep its competitive advantage in the market, it has to think about how to avoid the drain of talented persons. Based on the practical investigation of Chongqing TianLai Hotel, the thesis mainly analysis the status quo, consequences and reasons of the hotel’s high staff turnover, and put forwards advices to prevent talented staff turnover.
