主题饭店产品创新研究——以某宾馆为例


摘  要
随着我国经济的发展,旅游业的迅猛发展和大众度假市场的不断成长,人们的需求层次的不断提高和多样化,这要求饭店能够提供让客人在消费中能够获得一种文化的享受,而文化氛围的营造则就体现在两个字上,即“主题”。因此国内主题饭店的市场前景十分广阔,迫切需要发展主题饭店。近年来,我国已经开始重视主题饭店的开创和发展,主题饭店在国内的发展也很快速,涌现了不少的主题饭店,其中不乏做得很好的,但多数过于相似化、缺乏新意,产品创新不够成熟、深入等,导致国内的主题饭店发展并不是很顺利。所以本文就分析了主题饭店产品创新的现状和存在问题,并就存在问题提出一些策略,改变主题饭店的现状,从而促进我国主题饭店的健康、快速的发展。

ABSTRACT
