基于体验经济背景下的饭店产品创新研究

 

摘  要

世界经济在经历了农业经济、工业经济和服务经济之后进入了另一个新的经济形态——体验经济。体验经济时代顾客更加注重参与性、个性化、精神需求和具有成为“绿色消费者”的强烈意识。然而,随着社会经济的不断发展,饭店的数量越来越多,规模越来越大,各饭店在经营过程中往往忽略饭店产品的创新与设计,总是靠相互借鉴照抄经营模式来生存,这已使得饭店业危机重重,对饭店产品进行创新乃当务之急。
本文首先指出了体验经济的到来,对体验经济理论和饭店产品创新的相关理论进行了梳理。其次,基于体验经济,对顾客的消费需求和消费行为进行分析,找出体验经济时代饭店产品存在的一系列问题,例如:缺乏明确的主题、产品没有特色、忽略顾客参与、忽视市场导向和忽略品牌形象意识等等。然后,在明确了顾客消费行为和消费需求以及找出了饭店产品存在的一系列问题的基础上,结合饭店产品创新的相关理论对饭店产品进行创新与设计,提出体验经济时代饭店产品创新的措施以形成完整的创新体系。最后,本文选取三亚希尔顿酒店为案例,对饭店产品创新与设计做进一步的论证。本文旨在通过明确顾客消费需求和消费行为,为饭店产品进行创新设计提供一些思路、参考和借鉴。

ABSTRACT

After the agricultural economy,industrial economy and service economy,The world economy has come into another new economic form--the experience economy.Customers who in the experience economy era will pay more attention to their participation, personalized, spiritual needs,and has a strong sense to be "green consumers ".However,with the continuous development of social economy,the number of hotels is increasing,and the scale bigger and bigger,the hotel often overlooked product innovation and design during business,and always copy and learn from the business model each other to survive,Which has made the hotel industry worse and worse,and the hotel product innovation is imperative.
This paper points out the arrival of the experience economy,and combed the theory of the experience economy and the theory of the hotel product innovation at first.Secondly,based on the experience economy,analyzed customers’ consumer demand and customers’ consumer behavior,and identified a series of problems which the experience economy era hotels product existed,for example,Lack of a clear theme,the product has no feature,ignore the clients involved,neglect the market-oriented and ignore brand awareness and so on.Then,combined with the theory of the hotel product innovation to innovate and design hotel product based on the clear customers’ consumer demand and customers’ consumer behavior and found a range issues of which hotels product existed,and proposed measures for product innovation to form a complete innovation system.Finally,select the Hilton Sanya as a sample for product innovation and design of the hotel for further argument.This article aims to clear customers’ consumer behavior and customers’ consumer demand and for the hotel product innovation design to provide some thought, reference and idear.
