Abstract
This paper explores the teacher’s role, teaching method, and how to promote teaching. It points out the benefits of a teacher understanding the significance of teacher’s role and teaching method, and how to be a facilitator in education. The teacher should confront new challenges of modern education, change the teaching conception, constantly search for new teaching methods and ideas, pay close attention to students, help students to learn and to live, and to be a facilitator.

本文了探究教师的角色，教学方法，和教师如何促进教学三个方面内容，浅谈教师如何做一个教学的促进者。现代教学对广大教师提出了新挑战,因此,教师要在正确理解教师角色教学方法的前提下，转变教学观念持续不断地探求教育教学的新方法新思路,关注学生的学习,让学生学会学习,学会生活，做一个教学的促进者。
