太和县某镇农村医疗卫生现状调查与分析

摘要
农村医疗卫生工作是一项长期而又艰巨的社会系统工程。建国以来，我国农村医疗卫生事业取得了长足的进步，对如何解决占人口绝大多数的农民的医疗卫生问题，曾经创造出了大多数发展中国家借鉴的经验。改革开放以来，农业生产力得到极大提高，但由于社会经济结构的深刻变化与农村合作医疗制度的滑坡，大量农民“因病致贫”、“因病返贫”，不仅直接危及这些家庭的生命健康，而且影响到农村经济的健康发展。本文通过对我国农村医疗卫生现状的分析，结合原墙镇自身的情况，找出了制约原墙镇农村医疗卫生发展的原因，同时对近几年兴起的新型合作医疗也客观地展开了一些评述。然后分析了制约原墙镇农村医疗卫生发展的因素，并针对这些因素提出了促进原墙镇农村医疗卫生事业的发展对策。

The Survey and Analysis of the Rural Medical and
Health in Yuanqiang town Taihe County
Abstract
The rural medical and healthy care is a long-term，formidable social systems engineering. Since the founding of the nation， our country's rural medical and healthy work has made a considerable progress，and accumulated valuable experience drawn by the majority developing countries on the solution to farmer’s medical security. After the implementation of the reform and open policy， agricultural productivity has been remarkably increased. The Agricultural productivity has being greatly improved since the reform and open policy. But the Phenomenon of “poor caused by illness” and “back to hometown due to illness” in the large number farmers ，which caused by  profound changes in the social economic structure and the decline of rural cooperative medical care system ，not only directly threaten the life and healthy of the these families ，but also affect the development of the rural economic this paper fist Summary   the background and the situation being researched，and introduced the main content of this paper .The factor influencing the rural medical and health care in the town of Yuanqiang have been learned from the current situation of health and medical care in our country rural area and the Yuanqiang itself situation. Meanwhile， New cooperative medical system emerging in recent years have been discussed .then ，the factors influencing the development of rural medical care in the Yuanqiang have been analyzed ，and the countermeasure have also put forward in order to promote the development of rural health and medical care in the Yuanqiang .
