某村农村医疗卫生管理存在的问题与对策研
摘要
改革开放以来，我国医疗卫生条件和服务水平整体上有了明显的提高，公共卫生事业得到了较快的发展，政府也将发展与完善农村公共卫生事业作为实现卫生体制改革的一项重要任务。但目前农村公共卫生体制不够健全，卫生资源配置的不合理，不断上涨的医疗费用以及缺乏监管的农村医疗市场是影响农村公共卫生事业发展的重要因素。
本文在对辛朱李村公共卫生服务状况调查的基础上，对其进行针对性的分析。目前，我国市场经济体制尚不健全，农村公共卫生体制也同样处在转型期。因此，本文参照我国农村卫生改革工作的历史沿革，说明辛朱李村公共卫生工作仍然存在着一定的问题，影响着农村经济的稳定发展和农村居民的健康水平。
基于上述分析，本文提出了在辛朱李村目前经济发展水平的情况下，对政府应该如何调整农村公共卫生政策，加快农村公共卫生管理体制改革，建立健全农村新型医疗卫生管理制度，并提出了政策建议。

he Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Medical and Healthcare Management in XinZhuLi Village GangCheng County
Abstract
Since the reform and open policy, the health condition and the medical service in our country have been obviously improved, as well as public health undertakings. Meanwhile, the government also regards developing and perfecting countryside’s public health undertakings as one of the important task to actualize health system renovation. But, the imperfect health system, unreasonable resource distribution, medical expenditure incessant rising and absence of supervising on medical service market of countryside are those most important factors to affect the development of public health undertakings.
The article makes pertinent analysis in light of investigation on current situation of public health service in Xin Zhu Li village. So far, the market economic system is not sound in our country, and the public health system in rural areas also occupies the transition period. Therefore, this article explains those problems of public health service in Xin Zhu Li village to influence economy stable developing and healthcare level of countryside’s residents by citing historic evolution of healthcare work.
Based on the above analysis and current economic situation in Xin Zhu Li village, this thesis proposes those policy analysis and advice for the government as reference in the field of how to adjust public health policy in countryside, how to speed up renovation on public health administration system, to set up new type of medical and healthcare management in rural areas, and put forward policy recommendations.
