科技投入与农产品加工上市公司绩效关系实证分析

摘要

当今世界，随着经济的发展，技术进步逐渐成为发展一国经济，提升国际竞争力和综合国力的重要影响因素。众所周知，政府是科技投入的主体之一。在我国，作为政府科技投入的国家财政科技拨款是我国科技投入的重要组成部分。当前我国政府财政科技投入的绩效如何，能否达到最大产出都需要在实际中探求回答。因此，分析政府财政科技投入的的数量和绩效，使有限的资金发挥最大的效益具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
我国作为一个农业大国，发展农业是我国的一项重大任务，科学的评价财政对农业科技投入绩效是完善财政支持农业政策的前提和依据。现阶段，我过财政对农业投入的绩效如何，国内许多学者基于不同的视角和方法对此问题展开了研究。本文从现实情况出发，以科技投入与农产品加工上市公司绩效关系实证分析为题，梳理了国内外关于政府财政科技投入及其绩效关系的文献，分析了我国政府财政科技投入的总量和结构现状及其必要性，收集数据并运用是实证分析方法对我国政府财政科技投入与经济增长的关系进行了研究，最后结合实际状况给出了相关政策建议。

In today's world, with economic development, technological progress has become a country's economic development, enhance international competitiveness and overall national strength of important factors. As we all know, the Government is one of the principal. The current Government financial investment in science and technology in China's performance, achieve maximum output needs to be in actual froman answer. Therefore, the analysis of government financial investment in science and technology and performance, the number of scarce funds to benefit had important theoretical and practical significance.
Our country as a great power, the development of agriculture in agriculture is a major task, the scientific evaluation of the financial performance of agricultural investment in science and technology is to improve the financial support the premise and agricultural policy. At this stage, I had the financial performance of the agricultural inputs, many scholars based on different perspectives and approaches to the study of this question. This article from reality, to investment in science and agro-processing empirical analysis entitled, carding and abroad on government financial investment in science and technology and its performance literature, analyze government financial investment in science and technology, the total amount and structure of the current situation and its necessity, collect data and application integration theory from the macrolevel to Chinese Government financial investment in science and technology and economic growth had research, case analysis methods, combined with the actual situation at last give a relevant policy recommendations.
