简论现代企业物流业务流程重组


摘要


随着市场经济的到来,在急剧变化的市场环境下,企业之间的竞争逐步转变成服务的竞争。流程已逐步成为企业经营管理的核心。另一方面,物流的重要意义也已为越来越多的企业所熟知,“第三利润源”成了众多企业竞相追逐的热点。在这一背景下,对一个企业进行物流流程的变革和合理化再造也成为企业有识之士的共同选择。
有鉴于此,本文将从企业业务流程再造理论入手,介绍其产生背景、概念、实施条件、意义及发展现状。特别以海尔集团物流流程再造为例,探讨了企业物流流程再造的整体思路、主要步骤和实施策略,通过对比海尔物流流程再造前后的变化(包括物流效率、成本、客户服务水平和竞争力等)分析得出物流流程再造会有效提高企业整体竞争力的结论,增加了论证的说服力及可信度。


    Abstract

While with the emergency of market economy the competition of products changes into the competition of service.More and more enterprises realize.The new advantage of competition comes from the BPR management aiming at improving customers’satisfactory. On the other hand,the importance of logistics is realized by more and more companies.The third benefit source is becoming the focus pursued by business world.Under such circumstances the BPR of logistics and organization of the company is reasonably becoming the wise choice of companies.
The article starts with the BPR theory and mainly covers the conception and intention of it.Then it discusses the background of BPR and the related situation .Besides,the article takes the Haier Group’s logistics BPR as an example and talks about the whole idea,main steps and executive strategy of BPR,etc. It draws a conclusion that the logistics BPR can improve the efficiency and cut the cost greatly by comparing the detailed data before and after BPR objectively,including the logistics efficiency,operation cost,customer service level and competition power,etc. All those data and comparison add the persuasiveness and reliability to the whole demonstration.
