制造企业基层员工离职影响因素实证分析


摘要:经济和社会发展的同时也出现了员工离职率增加的现象,尤其是近几年,新一波的“民工荒”潮又开始袭来,很多企业面临着基层员工不断离职的状况。本文在前人研究的基础上,归纳出12个影响员工离职的因素。通过对萧山地区制造企业的基层员工进行问卷调查研究,分析得出企业内部的管理因素,工资薪酬、工作压力、培训制度、作息制度、工作环境、人际关系与基层员工离职之间存在的相关关系,并在此基础上提出有关制造企业人力资源管理方面的建议。

An Empirical Study of Factors Affecting Turnover in Manufacturing Industry in Xiaoshan

Abstract: The economic and social development, there has also been the phenomenon of increased staff turnover, especially in recent years, a new wave of "labor shortage" began to hit, many companies continue to face the loss of frontline employee. The paper bases on previous studies, sums up twenty factors which would influence the behavior to turnover. By the surveys on manufacturing enterprise in Xiaoshan, this paper analyses the influence about the turnover of the frontline staff with internal and external factors, such as wage salary, work pressure, calendar system, training system, work environment, interpersonal relationship. On this basis, this paper gives same management improvement comments to manufacturing enterprise in  xiaoshan.
