德鲁克关于员工责任的思想
随着时代背景的不断变化,关于责任的理论也在不断地发展更新,其中涌现了很多有关这个领域的研究人员,发表了众多理论成果,对社会以及企业有很大的影响。当今的社会需要有能够勇于承担起责任的员工,我们可以从工作分析的结果中得出的信息,将之整合成生产流程后,再通过控制系统辅助以信息反馈的功能,根据预设标准对常规事件与例外事件进行控制,使之正常运转。研究人员对承担责任的员工,总结了三个要求。分别是:使工作富有效率、信息反馈和持续学习。到目前为止,初步形成了对承担责任的员工的认识。

【Abstract】
With the ever-changing background of the times, on the theory of responsibility has been to develop updates, which have emerged in many of the researchers in this field, published a large number of theoretical results, as well as to society have great impact on enterprises.
