大前研一的人才观研究

本文采用文献综述法论述大前研一的人才观。21世纪，是一个实力至上的时代，是一个以人才的全球化特征或是全球人才的大流动为最鲜明标记的时代，是一个没有标准答案的时代。在这样的时代，专业，成为21世纪人们唯一的生存之道。真正的专业人士，即便被置于一个完全陌生的环境中，他也能有效发挥自己的判断力与洞察力，发现前进的方向，进而披荆斩棘、一往无前。而外语能力、理财能力、解决问题的能力是打开专业主义大门的三把钥匙。拥有这“三把钥匙”，才能够在世界范围内畅通无阻。
