企业危机管理探究
在市场经济发展中，危机已是一种常态。企业危机无处不在，无时不有，此种状况需要我们正确认识危机，不断增强危机的防范意识，建立和健全危机应对机制，尽量减轻危机造成的损失。本文立足于对企业经营危机的深入探究，在前人研究基础上，结合现实案例，整理出一套从危机识别、危机分析、危机预警到危机应对行的企业危机管理策略，为相关企业管理者提供危机解决方案，全面提高企业应对危机事件的快速反应处置能力，提高预防和控制重大危机的管理水平，最终旨在对企业的价值系统和组织架构的深度修复和彻底改造。

During the development of market-oriented economy, business crisis would happen at any time normally, therefore it needs us to realize the crisis correctly with increasing the prevention awareness for the crisis, building up crisis coping mechanism to avoid grate financial loss. Based on deep probe into business operation crisis, this thesis combined the former research groundwork with actual business cases to get a set of business crisis management strategies involved with crisis recognition, crisis analysis, crisis pre-warning and crisis response. It can provide solutions to business managers so as to improve crisis quick response ability and promote management to take precautions against serious crisis, which lead to reforming thoroughly for business value system and organizational structure.
