中国食品行业社会责任研究—-以晨光乳业有限公司为例
近年来我国涉及人们日常生活的食品频频发生安全事故, 凸显了我国食品行业社会责任意识的缺失。食品行业是特殊的生产行业，其生产产品直接关系到人民群众的身体健康。因此,提高食品行业社会责任意识,防止重大食品安全事件发生, 保障人民的身体健康,显得尤为迫切和重要。本文通过探讨食品行业存在社会责任缺失的问题，以晨光乳业有限公司为例，分析其在履行社会责任中对各利益相关者的管理方式，研究食品行业推进社会责任的途径。

In recent years, people involved in the daily life of the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents, highlighting the food industry in our country's lack of awareness of social responsibility. The food industry is a special production, and its production is directly related to the health of the people. Therefore, the food industry to increase awareness of social responsibility to prevent major food safety incidents, to protect people's health, it is particularly urgent and important. In this paper, the food industry by exploring the existence of the problem of lack of social responsibility to Chenguang Dairy Co., Ltd. as an example, the analysis of its social responsibility in the performance of the various stakeholders of the management methods to study the food industry means to promote social responsibility.
