【内容摘要】

罗伯特欧文人事管理思想评析
罗伯特•欧文不仅作为19世纪最伟大的空想社会主义者之一,而且被誉为 “人事管理之父”。但是,学术界对欧文的研究大多集中在空想社会主义领域,长期忽略对其人事管理思想的研究。本文的目的就是尝试性填补这方面的空白,从分析欧文所处时代的背景和生平简历入手,阐明了欧文人事管理思想的思想来源并结合英国近代经验主义的哲学语境对欧文的思想路径做了认识论上的探讨。在此基础上,重点、系统分析了欧文人事管理思想的逻辑结构,最后讨论了欧文人事管理的局限性并对其在管理思想史的历史定位作了评述。

【Abstract】 Robert Owen was not only one of the greatest utopian socialists in the 19th century,but also was considered to be “the father of personnel management”.However, the most rearch on Owen are gathered in the utopian socialism ,Owen’s personnel management thought has been ignored for a long time. The purpose of this paper is  attempting to fill this gap.First,the paper analyses Owen’s times background and his career.After that ,the paper will discuss the resource of Owen’s personnel management thought and review on Owen’s thinking path according to the British empirical philosophy.On these basis,the paper is focusing on the logical structure of Owen personnel management thought.Finally,The paper would discuss the limitations of Owen personnel management thought and  review on Owen’s status in the management thought history.
